Holloway共用 at the 澳门葡京网赌游戏 has been officially upgraded to a 4-Star Certified Green Restaurant® from its previous two-star status through the 绿色餐饮协会, (草). This major achievement was a result of the culture of sustainability that permeates the UNH campus; UNH is home to the first Office of 可持续性 at a public college or university in the country.

UNH 餐厅 works collaboratively with academic departments to support student internship programs 和 is working with the University to formulate an Eco-Gastronomy dual major.
